The process takes 4 to 9 months, depending on the specific immigration program. We have the flexibility to renew the LMIA & work permit and/or submit a permanent residency application. Once an international hire gets his/her permanent residency, you will not have to renew the LMIA & work permit.

To access a nursing position, they will need to obtain their permanent residency, which we can do on their behalf.
